    Lease Purchase

    We prepay the value of your lease.

    We purchase your existing lease position outright, monetizing years of contracted payments in a single up-front payment while the project stays exactly where it is.

    Land Purchase

    We buy the land under your project.

    We acquire fee title to the land beneath your project and lease it back on long-term terms — converting a capital-intensive site acquisition into a predictable operating cost.

    Ground Leases

    Long-term, stabilized leases that take out development positions.

    Long-dated ground leases that take out development-stage land positions and give the project a stabilized, financeable tenure structure for the life of the asset.
